This is a case where we received a request from a major medical device manufacturer for the development and manufacturing of a wearable device for patient monitoring. This product required advanced "functionality" by incorporating multiple sensors, an LCD, and a PCB into a compact housing, in addition to "flexibility" and "biocompatibility" that allows patients to wear it comfortably for extended periods. For the housing material, we selected LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber), which has excellent biocompatibility and flexibility.
